Sunborn has hotel, spa and restaurant operations in Denmark, Finland, Germany, Spain and the UK. All our developments are highly individual, with properties in unique natural locations, as well as two landmark historic buildings.
In 1998 we built the world’s first purpose built yacht hotel, which was followed in 2003 by our London yacht hotel at Royal Victoria Dock. Now in early 2013 we will complete the Sunborn Barcelona, a 189 room 5-Star Grand Luxury floating hotel.
We also develop and operate high-quality residential developments. Currently our residential property portfolio includes 600 fully serviced apartments in Helsinki, Turku and Rauma Finland.
On an ongoing basis we have several active property developments with projects at various stages of design and construction. This section provides an insight into some of our current and recently completed projects.
